End of week one

Wigh in today...251.2 Thats a ten pound loss in first week. I wish I could lose that every week. It will drop to about four pounds in second week then about 2 pounds a week from then on. Always lose water weight in the first week.

Good luck, while dieting learn how to eat properly. Good training for the kids too.
Sorry we did not pracice it when you were growing up. But I cooked southern. Your Dad ate homeless.
